Credit card is only required to hold the appointment; the card will not be charged when scheduling the appointment. Payment will be due at the time of the session, and can be made in cash, check or credit card, or via Zelle.

For classes the payment is due at time of booking.

If you are late for an appointment, please notify the therapist immediately. The time you are late will shorten your session and will not affect the fee for the session.

If, for any reason, a cancellation is necessary, you need to give a 24-hours notice. If you do not give this notice, the full fee for the appointment will be due unless it can be filled. Emergency cancellations will be determined by your therapist.
